2022 Winter Break Information for EBUS Academy

December 17, 2022- January 2, 2023: EBUS is CLOSED

January 3, 2023: All staff available

If you have specific deadlines for your students, please keep this holiday closure in mind as it may impact students ability to work in the course while their teachers are on break. Facilitators , Parents and Guardians and students are encouraged to consult with teachers prior to December 15, 2022 to ensure a plan for success is in place.  

Can students submit coursework during the break?

• Coursework may be submitted; teachers will assess the work upon their return. Consult with your teacher to discuss your plan to work over the holiday.

Can Students take exams over the break?

• Invigilated exams can be done over the break but must be arranged with your teacher prior to December 15, 2022.
• In course quizzes / tests may not be available if they require teacher assessment prior to the test/quiz becoming available.

If you have any questions, please give us a call at 250-567-4413  email ebushelpdesk@sd91.bc.ca prior to December 15^th.  EBUS will be closed from December 17 2022- January 2, 2023 and emails/calls will be returned as soon as possible upon return of staff on January 3, 2023.
