Science 7
The goal of the Grade 7 Science program is to enable students to appreciate the scientific frame of mind – what it means to be a scientist and to actually do science. The broad questions are:
1) How does a scientist explore and understand the natural world?
2) How is scientific knowledge different from other ways of understanding?
3) How do we actually ‘do’ science?
These questions will be explored by studying the topics of Physics, Biology, Earth Science and Chemistry.
