An Evening with Suzanne Perrault

May 10, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The McLeod PAC, our School District and the BLNTU Pro-d Committee are partnering (along with other PACs including the EBUS PAC) to host Suzanne Perrault on Thursday May 10th at 6:30 pm. Suzanne is a counsellor, mediator, advocate, president of her DPAC, public speaker, workshop educator, and most importantly, a mother of children with special needs.  She is a mother who advocates for her children’s acceptance, and she works closely with many School Districts by running workshops, and information sessions to help educators and parents understand what it’s like for these children to live with ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities, autism and more.  She has a great TEd Talk at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gu5XFdT7q8k.

Suzanne will be presenting on-site at the W.L. McLeod gymnasium on May 10th. The presentation will also be available as a live webinar for EBUS families who cannot be there in person. Parents or guardians who would like to attend virtually, can sign up here.  Once registered, the webinar link will be sent by email.

Please contact Megan Boniface (mboniface@sd91.bc.ca) if you have any questions.
