** Cross enrolled students are not eligible for internet reimbursement.**
Ministry policy allows DL schools to reimburse families for a portion of their internet service. Claims are processed starting in late February, and will continue for all claims received up to the last Friday in May.

The February statement is used to calculate service from September 1st through June 30th of the current school year. Copies of the February internet statement should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
New for 2018-2019
EBUS will be adjusting our Internet reimbursement policy for 2018-2019. Full details will be available prior to September, but one change will be that reimbursements will be in the form of a one-time payment, per family regardless of how many children are enrolled in the program.
